Cook the Book Fridays – Caramel Pork Ribs

So mostly these were difficult to photo. I made these several weeks ago because this would fall on St Patrick’s Day, and it is sacrilege to have anything but corned beef on the day. I should have written this when I first made these, but way leads on to way, and so much happened between now and then.

All that is left to say about the ribs is that they were freaking delicious and they made good leftovers.

Glad you enjoyed the ribs, rave results with the small packed lunch box I gave away. Hope things are easier the rest of the month!

  7. Man, it’s been really frenetic for almost everyone I know this month (and last month, and the one before that…) to the point that I think it’s some sort of weird general consciousness. Anyway, the ribs look amazing and, hey, at least you remember that they were fantastic because that means they really were! 🙂

And, Happy St. Patrick’s Day to you!

I’m catching up for the past month (or more). I agree with you about the ribs. Delicious! And that corned beef is what must be the menu on St Patrick’s Day.
